The
Talking Circle is a useful process to create a safe environment for the discussion of conflicts within the class or difficult situation or decisions students may face. Talking circles allow everyone to be heard, teach respect for everyone's point of view, and help build consensus as each student hears the views of others.
In the Classroom:
